Welcome to my blog!
I'm 34 weeks pregnant with twin girls. My due date is mid-June, but my doctor doesn't think I'll go much past the end of May - yikes! God has blessed me with an extremely smooth pregnancy and I have enjoyed (nearly) every moment of it. In fact my obstetrician described it as a perfect pregnancy. I couldn't have asked for a better report!
The most difficult aspect is that I haven't been able to share every moment of this adventure with Wade, the proud Daddy who's currently serving in Iraq. I am thankful for the technology that allows us to communicate regularly and keep all of you updated with the latest news, belly pictures and sonogram images.
I've stayed active through most of my pregnancy and until last week was exercising regularly and working at Curves. I miss my Curves family and all the members; you've all been so encouraging, supportive and generous! I hope you'll be able to follow our progress via this blog and know that I'm looking forward to introducing you to Curves' newest "members."
Check out earlier posts for pictures of the nursery, my belly and our hero (Daddy) as well as sonogram images of the girls. Thanks to amazing Brooke who put her heart and hard work into designing this site and inspiring my foray into mommy blogging. I truly appreciate you, Brooke!

Emily,
ReplyDeleteYou are a graceful and loving woman who is going to be an amazing mother. We look forward to seeing your precious girls and welcoming home your hero. In the mean time, continue to take this expereince of pregnancy in. Each kick, each craving, the quite time, the way the air smells, the stillness of being in God's peace and the way you see the world. Breathe it in deep. You are loved.-B
Wow! I'm honored by your words and mine are insufficient to express my gratitude. Thank you.
